Bob is a managing director, senior portfolio manager and chief equity strategist at Nuveen. Bob manages seven portfolios, including large caps and alternatives. He is a highly respected authority on the equities markets among investors, advisors and the media. As the author of widely followed weekly commentaries and annual market predictions, Bob provides ongoing, timely market perspectives. Prior to joining the firm, Bob held similar roles at other large asset management firms, including serving as chief equity strategist at Blackrock, president and chief investment officer of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and chief investment officer of Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. Bob graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Economics from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the CFA designation from the CFA Institute.

Peter Mondavi Jr. is the second son of Peter and Blanche Mondavi and grandson of Cesare and Rosa Mondavi, the Napa Valley pioneers who purchased the historic Charles Krug Winery in 1943.

Peter, born in 1958, grew up on the winery property. At a very young age, he and Marc sanded fermenting tanks, unpacked glasses, worked in the winery’s laboratory and cellar, and drove tractors through the vineyards. Following in his father's footsteps, he attended Stanford University, earning a BS & MS in the engineering field and an MBA a decade later. He keeps his academic ties alive as a guest lecturer at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, Law School and School of Engineering as well as the UC Davis School of Law.

Tam Nguyen is the President and 2nd generation owner of Advance Beauty College with campuses in Garden Grove and Laguna Hills, California. He prioritizes building company culture and community relations through developing authentic relationships. Over the 33 year company history they have graduated tens of thousands who are working domestically and internationally. Tam serves on various non-profit executive boards (OC United Way, CSUF Philanthropic Foundation, Garden Grove Community Foundation, Project Vietnam Foundation), a family foundation (Steven and Lois Mihaylo Foundation), several advisory boards (US Bank Orange County, Professional Nail Association, CSUF Center for Family Business) and teaches "Family Business Dynamics" at CSUF's Mihaylo College of Business and Economics Management Department.
